At the Reliance’s Annual General Meet 2020, the company revealed that Google will lend Rs. 33, 737 cr at 7.7% stake in Jio Platforms. Also, Jio has admitted that the company is expanding on other platforms as Jio TV Plus, Jio Glass, and more, during this meet, the company also announced the details regarding JioMart and Jio 5G solution.
According to RIL AGM updates; Ambani told, “ Jio has designed an entire 5G solution from scratch, it allows an individual to originate an outstanding 5G services in India.” Additionally, the telecom controllers assured 100% home-developed 5G network. For this, trails are ready to initiate promptly and soon to available for the field implementation by the following year.
The first virtual 43rd Annual General Meeting is hosted via video conferencing and additional audio-visual modes, during which Ambani also proclaimed that Jio and Google are planning to make an Android-based smart mobile operating system.
