The funding was backed by Mayfield Fund and Vine Ventures. Their total funding amount came to $ 15 million. It raised $ 4 million in the previous A series funding round that took place on September 28, 2017.
Tripp’s lead investors are CTR Capital and Psychedelic Medicine Syndicate. Its other investors include JLS Fund, Social Leverage, Benic VC and Neo Kuma Ventures, Lionheart Ventures, What If Ventures and Matten Mullenweg.Tripp's estimated annual revenue is $3.43 million.

According to TechCrunch Nanea Reeves, CEO of Tripp said “Many people that will never feel comfortable taking a psychedelic, this is a low-friction alternative that can deliver some of that experience in a more benign way. “The idea is to take mindfulness structures and video game mechanics together to see if we can actually hack the way that you feel.”
Tripp is headquartered in California and the startup is focused on providing wellness solutions through interactive and immersive virtual reality.
Tripp provides VR based meditative solutions to hospitals, small clinics and consumer households. The combination of meditative exercises and virtual reality provide users with a unique experience. The application is also available on iOs App Store and Google Playstore. Users can dive into the world of magic through an annual subscription of $14.99 USD.
Tripp is currently available on Playstation VR, Oculus Rift and Oculus Quest (1 and 2). Tripp. The application provides the right platform for meditation.
