The company has published a blog post in which they explained to their customers that their balances and linked accounts are fully safe and there is no need to worry. On 18 September 2020, at 7:08 pm Paytm tweeted- And we're back! They managed to figure out the issue and again clench their position.

 

After all this matter, Paytm published an official statement, “We continue to work with Google to restore the app. We assure all our users that their balances and linked accounts are 100 per cent safe. Our services are fully functional on all existing apps and you can continue enjoying Paytm like before,” said Paytm.

 

Also, the founder of Paytm Vijay Shekhar Sharma felt encouraged after working out the matter with Google. On Twitter, he expressed his feelings for all the backing he amassed.
